It's been awhile since I visited your gallery- this is a very impressive departure from your photography. The concept alone is brilliant. One could develop drawings based on so many other repeated thoughts, but you've picked a very bold and sensual idea.
The fact that you've chosen to do this as a contour line drawing is important symbolism from my perspective. The simplicity of line mimics the simple nature of humans needing sex and affection in their lives. The complexity of how the images intertwine and overlap become a symbol for how complicated sexual relationships can be as well as a symbol of the working of the human mind when it comes to getting what it needs.
I look forward to the finished product, if there ever is one. The process for this could go on throughout your lifetime as a series easily.- Mike
